This package adds the minimum safety course requirement for issuance of the Arizona CWP and Florida CWP (non-resident CCW permits) to the (LA) INITIAL ONLINE CCW COURSE.

In addition to the (LA) INITIAL ONLINE CCW COURSE, you will receive the following for Arizona and Florida:

• Application packet/information for non-resident CCW permit
• Certificate of Completion: CCW Training Course by a Certified CCW Training Provider
• Fingerprint Card(s)

Out of state application fees you will be responsible for (payable to AZ or FL when you mail in your packet):

• $60 (cashier’s check or money order only) to Arizona Department of Public Safety
• $55 Application Fee (credit card or e-check) + $42 Fingerprint Processing Fee (cashier's check or money order) to: Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services
